Photo booth rental in Southlake, Texas

Country clubs, hotel ballrooms and Town Square events: unlimited prints, an attendant and an online gallery, delivered to Southlake for about $50.

From $650 for 3 hours, delivery to Southlake about $50

Photo booth dates open December 1.

Delivery to Southlake: about $50

Southlake is about 14 road miles from our Irving base, close to DFW Airport, so booth-only delivery is the flat $50 with nothing added for mileage. The booking page shows the exact total for your venue address before you pay. Southlake is in Tarrant County, with small parts in Denton County, and it is a straight run up State Highway 114 from Las Colinas.

The booth travels in a passenger car with one attendant and a 49 pound case. A private club, a gated address or a hotel with a long drive to the service entrance is part of the Southlake calendar, and a car and a short walk beat a truck and a loading plan. We ask the venue for the gate list and the entrance when we confirm the date.

Booth-only delivery is $50 within 30 miles of Dallas, then $1.50 a mile after that.

Venues in Southlake we plan around

These venues are named because they are real event places in Southlake, not because we have an agreement with any of them. Check each venue's own vendor rules, and send us the coordinator's name so we can ask the load-in questions.

  • Timarron Country Club. Southlake's private club, run by a national club operator with a program for hosting events. A private club usually requires outside vendors to be on an approved list, so send us the events office contact and we complete the paperwork.
  • Hilton Dallas Southlake Town Square. A hotel at Town Square with a terrace with a pergola and a pond-view garden, and ballrooms listed for more than 400 guests. A terrace or a garden needs a tent or a covered section, while the ballroom needs only an outlet within 25 feet.
  • Legends Hall at The Marq Southlake. A city of Southlake venue whose Traditions Ballroom is listed to seat 300. A city venue usually has its own rental rules, and we ask for them with the date.
  • Delta Hotels Dallas Southlake. A hotel with a ballroom of about 5,000 square feet. A ballroom this size is a one-booth room, and we ask the hotel for the corner nearest an outlet.
  • The Westin Dallas Southlake. A hotel listed in wedding directories for the area. We send the hotel's event coordinator the load-in questions with the date.

What Southlake events look like

Southlake is a celebration city. The population is about 31,000, the shopping center at Town Square on State Highway 114 and Southlake Boulevard is one of the best known in the metroplex, and the clubs and hotels around it host receptions most weekends. A booth earns its corner at the cocktail hour and again after dinner, when guests who have stopped dancing want something to do with the people they came with. The 2x6 strip is the take-home.

Schools are the second Southlake event. Most of the city lies in Carroll ISD, and booster clubs, class parties, graduation events and fundraisers all book a clubhouse or a cafeteria. Those events are easy to set up and have long lines, so tell us the headcount and we say whether the 4 hour window at $750 is the better choice.

Companies are the third. Southlake is near DFW Airport, so the hotels host company meetings and December parties. The corporate booth from $1,200 adds a branded print template, your logo on the online gallery and optional guest data capture, quoted to the event. Dates open December 1, 2026, so a team planning a holiday party should send its date now.

Private parties round it out: birthdays, anniversaries and milestone dinners at home or in a clubhouse. A home event is the simplest, because the family decides the corner, and the attendant does the rest.

Setup notes for Southlake venues

A private club or a hotel will want a name, a load-in time and sometimes a certificate of insurance. A city venue will want the rental agreement on file. Send us the contact with your date and we ask for the entrance, the gate list and the outlet in one message.

The footprint is a corner for the booth, the backdrop and a short line, with one standard 120V outlet within 25 feet. At a club, the ballroom wall with a stage is the easy case, and we place the booth opposite it so the attendant can talk to guests.

We do not run the booth in open rain, direct sun or direct wind. A Town Square patio, a hotel terrace or a club lawn needs a tent or a covered section with a flat floor, and an evening window is easier than a summer afternoon.

How far ahead to book the photo booth

Book as soon as your date and venue are fixed. Photo booth dates open December 1, 2026 (12 / 01 / 2026), and the booth is booked through November 30. The booking flow sets no minimum notice. Booking fewer than 3 days before the event adds a 50% short-notice fee (100and inside 14 days the full total is due when you book.

How many hours of photo booth do you need

Pick the window your guests will actually be in the room. Three hours ($650) fits a cocktail hour and dinner or a shorter party. Four hours ($750) fits most of a reception. An extra hour is $100, so 4 hours costs the same as 3 plus 1 extra hour. Setup and teardown happen outside your window.

  • 3 hours, $650: a cocktail hour plus dinner, a birthday, a school or community event, or a short company party.
  • 4 hours, $750: most of a wedding reception, a sangeet or a long evening party. It is $100 more than 3 hours.
  • Extra hours, $100 each: $650 for 3 hours plus 1 extra hour is the same $750 as the 4 hour package, so if you think you will want the fourth hour, book 4.
  • Your window is the time guests can use the booth. Setup and teardown happen outside it, so you do not spend booth hours on them.
  • A late finish can add an after-hours charge, which the booking page shows in your total before you pay.
