Where can I rent a tuk tuk in Dallas?

The Rickshaw Affair rents a 2024 electric tuk tuk across Dallas-Fort Worth for weddings, baraats, quinceaneras and corporate events. It seats up to 5, carries its own Bluetooth speakers, and is delivered to your venue by trailer with an operator included. Packages run $750 to $3,000 plus delivery, and the date is booked online in about 2 minutes.

Everything you need to know before booking.

Yes, we serve Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Plano, Irving, McKinney, Allen, and the surrounding area. Delivery is calculated from the distance to your venue and shown as its own line in your quote, starting at $125. No surprises.

We recommend booking at least 3 to 4 weeks out, especially for weekend events. Peak wedding season (April to June and October to November) fills up fast. That said, if your event is coming up soon, reach out and we will do our best to make it work.

The first 30 minutes at each end of your window are free. Past that, overtime is charged to the card on file in 30-minute increments at the hourly rate printed on your rental agreement, which is $150 per hour unless the package you booked sets a different one. We always give you a heads up before the clock runs over.

Full refund of your deposit if you cancel 14 or more days before your event. 50% refund for cancellations 7 to 13 days out. No refund for cancellations within 7 days. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
