The entrance is the part everyone films
A quinceañera runs on a handful of set pieces: the entrance, the waltz, the shoe ceremony, the last doll, the photos. The entrance is the one that decides how the rest of the night feels, and it is the one that ends up on 40 phones before dessert. A rented car does the job, but it looks like every other rented car, and it stops being interesting the moment the door closes.
The rickshaw is a 2024 Euro Captain electric tuktuk in blue and white, with a convertible canvas top, decorated spoke wheels, glowing round headlights and built-in Bluetooth speakers. Top speed is 28 km/h, about 17 miles per hour, so an arrival runs at the pace an entrance is supposed to run at: slow enough for a room to turn around, get up, and film it.

This is the practical argument for it over a car. A car arrives and then it is parked in a lot nobody sees. The rickshaw arrives, and then it stays where you put it and becomes the photo spot for the night: the court climbing in, the parents, the grandparents, the group shot everyone actually prints. If that is what you want out of it, book the photo booth package rather than entrance-only, because the price difference buys the entire rest of the evening rather than 10 minutes.

How the night runs
- We arrive 45 minutes before the window you booked and unload from the trailer.
- We walk the arrival route with whoever is running your event so the entrance is not improvised.
- Waivers are signed before anyone rides. Maximum 5 riders at a time, nobody standing.
- The entrance happens on your cue, with the song you sent us playing from the rickshaw.
- The rickshaw stays parked and dressed for photos for the rest of the window.

A 50% deposit holds the date. The first 30 miles are included, and past that travel is $3.50 per mile and is already inside the quoted total. Decoration is its own line: $150 for classic garlands and signage, $300 for premium florals in her colors, or nothing at all if the family decorator is dressing it.

A price you can hand to whoever is paying
Everything on this site is priced up front, which matters more for a quinceañera than for most events, because the cost is usually split across family and padrinos and somebody has to be given a real number to say yes to. Choose the package, the hall address and the window, and the site quotes the actual total with travel already inside it. No inquiry form, no waiting on a callback, no number that changes after the site visit.
A 50% deposit holds the date, the rental agreement is signed online, and the balance is charged to the same card 14 days before the event. If your plans change, the cancellation terms are written on the agreement before you sign: the deposit is fully refunded 14 or more days out, half is refunded 7 to 13 days out, and inside 7 days it is not refundable.

How much does a quinceañera entrance rickshaw cost in Dallas?
The entrance package is $750 and includes a 2-hour venue window. The photo booth package, where the rickshaw stays all night for guests to climb in and shoot with, is $1,100 for a 4-hour window. The full event package covers 8 hours at $3,000. Every price includes the first 30 miles of travel, and a 50% deposit holds the date.
Can the court ride in it too?
Yes. The rickshaw seats up to 5 people at a time, so the quinceañera and her chambelanes or damas can rotate through for photos once the entrance is done. Every rider signs a waiver first, and nobody rides standing.
Will it work at a reception hall?
Usually. The rickshaw is fully electric, silent and produces no fumes, so many DFW halls will allow it inside or under a covered entrance where they would never allow a car. The hall makes the final call. Ask them, and we will talk to your venue contact directly if that helps.
Can it be decorated in her colors?
Yes. Premium florals arranged in her colors with custom signage is $300, and classic marigold garlands with signage is $150. If the family already has a decorator, they can dress the rickshaw themselves at no charge from us, and we will coordinate with them before the date.
How far in advance should we book?
At least 3 to 4 weeks. There is one rickshaw and it does one event at a time, so a Saturday date is held only once the deposit clears. Spring and fall Saturdays go first.
Do you drive her from the church to the hall?
No. The rickshaw is not street legal in Texas, so it never runs on a public road. It is trailered to the venue and driven only on private property. It handles the arrival at the hall, not the trip between locations.
