Almost every wedding entrance rental in Dallas-Fort Worth ends up serving one of 3 moments, and it is worth deciding which one you are buying before you look at a price.
The couple, or the bride, arrives at the ceremony site on the rickshaw. This works best at venues with grounds: a long private drive, a lawn, a courtyard. It is the most photographed of the 3 because the light is usually better and the guests are already seated and turned around.
The doors open and the couple rides in. This is the one that surprises people, because a silent electric vehicle can go where a car cannot. There is no engine noise fighting the DJ and no exhaust in a closed room, so a lot of DFW ballrooms will allow it when they would not allow anything else with wheels and a motor.
The most underrated of the 3. Everyone plans the entrance and nobody plans the exit, and then the sparkler line forms at the end of the night and the couple walks through it to a parked car. The rickshaw turns that into an actual departure shot. If you are choosing one upgrade on this page, this is the one worth the extra money.
The vehicle is a 2024 Euro Captain electric tuktuk in blue and white, with a convertible canvas top, decorated spoke wheels, round headlights and built-in Bluetooth speakers. Top speed is 28 km/h, roughly 17 miles per hour, which sounds like a limitation and is actually the point: an entrance is supposed to be slow enough for 200 people to lift their phones.

These are published prices, not starting points that move once you call. A 50% deposit holds the date. The first 30 miles are included and anything past that is $3.50 per mile, already inside the quote rather than invoiced later. Decoration is separate: $150 for marigold garlands and signage, $300 for premium florals in your colors, or no charge if your own decorator dresses the vehicle.

You have 3 sensible options. Classic marigold garlands with signage carrying your names is the traditional look and the cheapest. Premium florals in your wedding colors with custom signage is the coordinated look and costs more. Or your own decorator dresses the vehicle, in which case there is no decoration charge from us at all: share their contact when you book and we coordinate with them directly so the rickshaw is photo-ready the moment it is unloaded.
The price on this site is a real price, not a lead form. Choose the package, enter the venue address and the window you want the rickshaw on site, and the quote comes back immediately with travel already inside it. A 50% deposit holds the date, you sign the rental agreement online, and the balance is charged to the same card 14 days before the event. Book at least 3 to 4 weeks out, and further ahead for a Saturday in April through June or October through November, which is when DFW wedding dates go first.
A vehicle, booked for a fixed window, that carries the couple into one specific moment of the wedding: the ceremony arrival, the reception entrance, or the exit at the end of the night. It is not transportation between locations. In our case the rickshaw is trailered in, staged on the venue grounds, used for the moment you booked, and then left parked as a photo piece for the rest of the window.
Often, yes, and this is the reason couples pick it over a car. It is fully electric, silent, and produces no exhaust, so ballrooms, lobbies and tented spaces that would never allow a gas vehicle will frequently allow this one. The venue always makes the final call, so ask them early and we will speak to your coordinator directly if it helps.
Entrance only covers one moment inside a 2-hour venue window. Entry and exit covers both the arrival and the send-off inside a 4-hour window, which is the package most weddings choose, because the exit shot at the end of the night is the one nobody plans for and everybody wants.
The rickshaw seats up to 5 people in total. That is comfortable for the couple, and it leaves room for a parent or 2 members of the wedding party in the seat behind. It is most comfortable with 2 to 3 passengers plus the driver. Nobody rides standing.
The moment itself is about 10 minutes from cue to final photo. We arrive 45 minutes before your booked window, walk the route with your coordinator before guests arrive, and stay parked for photos through the rest of the window you paid for.
The rickshaw has a convertible canvas top, so light rain is not a problem. For severe weather, meaning lightning, high winds or flooding, we work with you to reschedule at no penalty to either side.
