The Corporate Booth is the open-air photo booth with what a company event needs on top, each quoted per event: a print template built around your logo and colors, your logo on the gallery page every guest opens, and guest data capture with consent. It runs for 4 hours with 1 attendant and unlimited prints, and it is quoted to the event rather than sold at a flat price, because a 40-person team dinner and a 2-day trade show are not the same job.
For a holiday party or team event that does not need branding, the standard 4-hour booth is the simpler buy. The attendant, props, gallery and unlimited prints are the same. Adding the booth to a rickshaw booking for a large event? Dedicated attendant for large events, $150 for 4 hours, then $35 for each extra hour.

Can the prints and gallery carry our branding?
Yes, quoted per event. A 2x6 print template built around your logo and colors, and your logo on the online gallery page, are both part of the Corporate Booth quote. Tell us what you need when you hold the date and we confirm it in writing.
What does guest data capture mean, and is it compliant?
Guest data capture means guests can opt in with a phone number or email when they collect their digital photo, with their consent. It is quoted per event, and how the opt-ins are collected and handed over is set out in your quote.
Does the booth work for a trade show or a brand activation?
Yes. Open-air booths suit trade shows and activations because the booth is in full view and the line is visible from across the floor. We need a corner and 1 standard 120V outlet within 25 feet. Multi-day shows and exhibit hall load-in rules are handled in the quote.
How far ahead should a company book?
For a holiday party in November or December, hold the date as early as you can; those weekends go first. A branded template needs lead time for your logo and a proof, so ask early. Shorter notice is often fine for a team event with the unbranded template, subject to the calendar.
