A photo booth is a camera, a backdrop, a light, an attendant and a queue. The rickshaw photo moment removes 4 of those 5. You get a decorated 2024 electric rickshaw parked where you want it for the window you booked, with its own Bluetooth speakers playing, and guests climb in and shoot on their own phones. There is no backdrop because the vehicle is the backdrop, no printer, no props, and no line waiting on a machine.
That trade is the whole pitch. You lose printed strips and a guest book. You gain a piece of decor that is worth photographing on its own, that people post from immediately because the photos are already on their phones, and that reads in the room even when nobody is using it.
A booth sits in a corner and disappears when the line dies. A decorated rickshaw in the corner of a ballroom is a set piece for the entire event, and the photos it produces have depth, color and a subject rather than a printed backdrop and a ring light. If you are choosing between spending on decor and spending on a booth, this collapses the 2 line items into 1.
The vehicle is fully electric, silent, and produces zero fumes. That is the reason venues that would never let a car through the doors will consider this one for a lobby, a ballroom, a covered motor court or a tented space. Every venue decides for itself and a firm, level surface is the constant requirement.
If the thing you want is a printed strip your guests take home, or a hosted guest book stitched together from booth photos, hire a booth. We are honest about that rather than pretending the categories are identical. Some events book both, with the booth doing prints and the rickshaw doing the room.

You book a venue window, meaning the time the rickshaw is on site and available, not a ride count. The photo booth package covers a 4-hour window. We arrive 45 minutes before it starts, unload, walk the placement with your coordinator, and dress the vehicle. Guests use it for the whole window. If your event runs long, extra hours on that package are charged per hour at a published rate rather than negotiated on the night.
Every rider signs a waiver before getting in, a maximum of 5 people are in the vehicle at a time, and nobody rides standing. Those 3 rules are not negotiable and they are the same at every event we run.
$1,100 for a 4-hour venue window, with the first 30 miles of travel included and a 50% deposit to hold the date. Extra hours on that package are $125 per hour. If you want the rickshaw for the whole day rather than a window, the full event package is $3,000 for 8 hours.
No. We bring the rickshaw, the decor you selected, and the music. Guests shoot on their own phones, and your event photographer works the line the same way they would work any other set piece. If you want a hired photographer stationed at it, book your own; we will make sure they know where the vehicle sits and how the light falls.
There is no printer and no backdrop, because the rickshaw is the backdrop. There is always an operator with the vehicle for the whole window, both to keep it safe and to help guests in and out, but there is no queue, no prop box and no screen.
Frequently, yes. It is fully electric, silent and produces no exhaust, which is why indoor placement is realistic for this vehicle and not for a car. The venue decides, the surface has to be firm and level, and we walk the route in with your coordinator before the doors open.
Up to 5 people can be seated in the rickshaw at once. Plenty of groups end up larger than that with people standing beside it rather than in it, which is fine. Nobody rides standing while the vehicle is moving, and it stays stationary for the whole photo window anyway.
Yes. Classic marigold garlands with signage is $150 and premium florals in your event colors with custom signage is $300. Corporate branding is quoted separately under the corporate package.
