What the bundle is

The rickshaw is the moment: the entrance, the baraat, the send-off, the photo piece. The photo booth is the souvenir: unlimited 2x6 prints and an online gallery guests post from the same night. Booked together, the booth is a $550 add-on to any rickshaw package, it travels with the rickshaw, and it has its own clock, so the entrance can be short and the booth can run for the evening.

Most events that book both use the rickshaw for the arrival and the photos around it, then open the booth in the reception or the sangeet where guests are seated for hours and want something to do between courses.

How the bundle works

  1. Pick a rickshaw package

Choose an entrance, an entrance and exit, or a full event, then your date and venue.

  2. Switch on the photo booth

The Booth Add-On is $550 and runs up to 4 hours on its own clock. It rides along, so there is no second delivery charge.

  3. Guests ride, then pose

The rickshaw does the entrance and the photos around it. The booth prints a 2x6 strip for every session and shares an online gallery.

Rickshaw and photo booth questions, answered

How much does a rickshaw and photo booth rental cost in Dallas?

The Rickshaw Affair rents an electric rickshaw from $750 and adds an open-air photo booth to any rickshaw package for $550, so the 2 together start at $1,300 before delivery and decoration. The add-on covers up to 4 booth hours on the same event day. Extra booth hours are $100 each.

What does the photo booth add-on include?

The Booth Add-On is $550 and includes the open-air booth with a backdrop, unlimited 2x6 prints, props, an online gallery shared by text or QR code, and setup and teardown outside your booked hours, for up to 4 booth hours on the same event day. There is no second delivery charge because the booth rides along with the rickshaw.

Do the rickshaw and the photo booth run on the same clock?

No, they run separate clocks. A 2-hour Entrance can have a 4-hour booth, and an 8-hour Full Event still gets 4 booth hours with the add-on. A typical order is the rickshaw entrance first, then the booth for the rest of the night. Booth hours past 4 are $100 each.

Who runs the photo booth if the driver is with the rickshaw?

By default your rickshaw driver also looks after the booth. For a large event of 100 guests or more, add a dedicated booth attendant for $150 for up to 4 hours, then $35 for each extra hour.

Is the photo booth available to book with the rickshaw now?

The photo booth is now taking date requests and first events are being scheduled. Send your date and the rickshaw package you want and we confirm your booth date by email within 1 business day. Online booking and payment for the booth are not open yet, so nothing is charged for the booth at the request step.

Can I book the rickshaw without the photo booth, or the booth without the rickshaw?

Yes to both. The rickshaw rents on its own from the rickshaw rental page, and the open-air photo booth rents on its own for 3 or 4 hours from the photo booth rental page. This page is for events that want both on the same day.

How much space and power do the rickshaw and booth need together?

The rickshaw needs a firm, level spot and a trailer unload route on private property. The booth needs a corner for the backdrop and a short line, plus 1 standard 120V outlet within 25 feet. Indoors, under a tent or in the evening works for the booth; we do not run it in open rain, direct sun or direct wind. We confirm both spots with you before the day.

Which Dallas-Fort Worth cities do you serve with the bundle?

The whole metroplex: Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Plano, Irving, McKinney, Allen, Arlington and the surrounding suburbs. Delivery is calculated from the distance to your venue and shown as its own line in your quote, starting at $125. The booth rides along, so it adds no delivery charge.
