Of the six cities with their own page, Plano is the one where corporate and community work balance the weddings, and the page below is written around that split.
The booth ships as one attendant, a car and a case that weighs 49 pounds. For an office campus that means we can come through the same front desk and loading entrance as any other vendor, and for a banquet hall it means we are set up and printing well before your guests are seated.
Booth-only delivery is $50 within 30 miles of Dallas, then $1.50 a mile after that.

These venues are named because they are real event places in Plano, not because we have an agreement with any of them. Check each venue's own vendor rules, and send us the coordinator's name so we can ask the load-in questions.
Plano is a corporate city. The offices around Legacy West and Granite Park host holiday parties, sales kickoffs, client dinners and team events, and most of them want the same thing: a booth that makes people pose together and a print they will keep on a desk. The corporate booth starts at $1,200 and is quoted to the event, with a branded print template, your logo on the online gallery and optional guest data capture. Plan these bookings early, since December fills first.
The second Plano event is the desi wedding. Banquet halls and hotel ballrooms host mehndis, sangeets and receptions most weekends of the season, and a booth next to the dance floor gives the guests who have been sitting through speeches something to do. A 3 hour window at $650 usually covers the cocktail hour and the first stretch of dancing, and the 4 hour window at $750 covers most of the reception.
Schools and community groups round it out. After-prom parties, PTA events and fundraisers all book the booth for a gym or a cafeteria, where the setup is easy and the line is long. Tell us the guest count and we will say whether one booth keeps up or whether you should pick the 4 hour window to spread the line.
An office or a hotel will want a certificate of insurance and a load-in time. Send us the building contact and we will ask for the loading dock hours and the freight elevator rules in the same email. Banquet halls and gardens rarely ask for either, but a garden will ask where the cable runs, and the answer is along a wall, taped flat.
The footprint is a corner for the booth, the backdrop and a short line, with one standard 120V outlet within 25 feet. On a hotel terrace or a garden we move indoors or under cover whenever it is raining, hot or windy, and we say so a few days before the date rather than at the door.
Book as soon as your date and venue are fixed. Photo booth dates open December 1, 2026 (12 / 01 / 2026), and the booth is booked through November 30. The booking flow sets no minimum notice. Booking fewer than 3 days before the event adds a 50% short-notice fee (100and inside 14 days the full total is due when you book.
Pick the window your guests will actually be in the room. Three hours ($650) fits a cocktail hour and dinner or a shorter party. Four hours ($750) fits most of a reception. An extra hour is $100, so 4 hours costs the same as 3 plus 1 extra hour. Setup and teardown happen outside your window.
