Allen is about 29 road miles from our Irving base, which is just inside the 30 miles our flat fee covers, so booth-only delivery is about $50. A venue on the far north side of the city can tip past 30 miles, and each mile over adds $1.50, so treat this figure as a planning number and read the exact total on the booking page before you pay.

Allen sits in southwestern Collin County, about 23 miles north of downtown Dallas, and borders Plano to the south and McKinney to the north. An Allen booking costs about the same to serve as a Plano one, and less than a McKinney one. The booth makes the trip in a passenger car with one attendant and a 49 pound case.

Booth-only delivery is $50 within 30 miles of Dallas, then $1.50 a mile after that.

Allen is a family and school city. Allen ISD had more than 20,000 students in 2025 and 2026, Allen High School plays at the roughly 18,000 seat Eagle Stadium, and a Collin College technical campus opened in west Allen in 2020. Booster clubs, PTA groups, graduation parties and after-prom events book a booth for a gym, a cafeteria or a clubhouse, where the setup is easy and the line is long. Tell us the headcount and we say whether one booth keeps up or whether the 4 hour window is the better choice.

The hotel and convention center at Watters Creek is the second source of Allen events. The convention center there is listed at 79,000 square feet and operates with the Marriott, so company meetings, association dinners and large receptions book it through the year. For those, the corporate booth from $1,200 adds a branded print template and a gallery with your logo, quoted to the event.

South Asian celebrations are the third thread. Allen has a temple that doubles as an Indian wedding banquet hall with its own vegetarian catering, used for weddings and ceremonies. Those days start early and run long, so tell us the hour of the first guests and we plan the arrival around it.

In late June the city holds the Allen USA Celebration, a summer festival that is usually on the last Saturday of the month. We do not run it and are not affiliated with it, but a family or a business holding a private gathering that weekend can book the booth like any other Saturday.

A hotel or a convention center will want a load-in time and often a certificate of insurance, and a school wants an approved vendor form from the principal's office or the booster club. Send us the contact and we ask for the dock hours, the entrance and the outlet location in the same message.

The footprint is a corner for the booth, the backdrop and a short line, with one standard 120V outlet within 25 feet. In a school gym the outlets are often at the far wall, so we bring a heavy-duty extension cord and tape it flat.

We do not run the booth in open rain, direct sun or direct wind. A patio at Watters Creek or a school courtyard needs a tent or a covered section with a flat floor, and an evening window is easier than a summer afternoon.
