Photo booth rental in Frisco, Texas

Unlimited prints, an attendant, props and an online gallery, delivered to Frisco for about $50.

From $650 for 3 hours, delivery to Frisco about $50

Photo booth dates open December 1.

Delivery to Frisco: about $50

Frisco sits about 25 road miles north of our Irving base, which is inside the 30 miles that our flat delivery fee covers. A booth-only booking delivered to Frisco is about $50, with nothing added for mileage. The booking page shows the exact figure for your venue address before you pay, so the number on this page is a planning figure, not a surprise waiting at checkout.

The booth travels in a passenger car with one attendant, so there is no trailer to park and no truck route to clear. For a Frisco venue that matters more than it sounds: resort properties and private clubs here tend to have long drives, gated entries and a service entrance that is nowhere near the ballroom. A car and a 49 pound case make that a ten minute walk, not a logistics plan.

Booth-only delivery is $50 within 30 miles of Dallas, then $1.50 a mile after that.

Venues in Frisco we plan around

These venues are named because they are real event places in Frisco, not because we have an agreement with any of them. Check each venue's own vendor rules, and send us the coordinator's name so we can ask the load-in questions.

  • Omni PGA Frisco Resort. A large golf resort on PGA Parkway with a big event footprint, including a lawn and a pavilion. For a booth the useful question is which room, because a ballroom corner and a lawn are two different setups.
  • The Westin Stonebriar Golf Resort & Spa. A 400 acre golf resort with a tiered garden terrace and indoor ballrooms. A terrace placement needs a tent or a covered section, while the ballroom needs only an outlet within 25 feet.
  • Stonebriar Country Club. A private club with a weddings program and golf-course grounds. Private clubs usually require vendors to be on a member or event list, so send us the event coordinator's name and we will handle the paperwork.
  • Hyatt Regency Frisco. A hotel that has hosted South Asian bridal shows. Hotel ballrooms tend to run vendors through a loading dock, so we ask for the dock hours and the freight elevator.

What Frisco events look like

Frisco is a wedding and celebration city first. The golf resorts and private clubs above host large receptions, and a photo booth earns its corner at the cocktail hour and again after dinner, when guests who have stopped dancing want something to do with the people they came with. The 2x6 strip is the take-home, and for a 200 guest reception an attendant who keeps the line moving matters more than the camera.

South Asian events are a real part of the mix here. Sangeets, mehndis and receptions fill the ballrooms on a Saturday, and a Diwali mela is held in Frisco each fall. Those crowds arrive in outfits they spent months choosing, which is exactly why they want a printed strip of them. Our props are kept simple on purpose so they do not fight with the clothes.

The other half of Frisco is families and companies. Frisco ISD school events, birthday parties for 40 or 60 people at a clubhouse, and corporate gatherings near The Star all book 3 hour windows, and the corporate booth from $1,200 adds a branded print template and a gallery with your logo.

Setup notes for Frisco venues

Plan on a corner for the booth, the backdrop and a short line, plus one standard 120V outlet within 25 feet of the spot. On a golf-resort terrace, the outlet is usually the limiting factor, not the floor space, so ask the venue which wall has one before you choose the corner.

We do not run the booth in open rain, direct sun or direct wind. A Frisco terrace or lawn works under a tent or a covered patio with a flat floor, and the evening hours are easier than the afternoon in July and August. Setup and teardown happen outside the hours you booked, so a 4 hour booking is 4 hours of guests using the booth.

How far ahead to book the photo booth

Book as soon as your date and venue are fixed. Photo booth dates open December 1, 2026 (12 / 01 / 2026), and the booth is booked through November 30. The booking flow sets no minimum notice. Booking fewer than 3 days before the event adds a 50% short-notice fee (100and inside 14 days the full total is due when you book.

How many hours of photo booth do you need

Pick the window your guests will actually be in the room. Three hours ($650) fits a cocktail hour and dinner or a shorter party. Four hours ($750) fits most of a reception. An extra hour is $100, so 4 hours costs the same as 3 plus 1 extra hour. Setup and teardown happen outside your window.

  • 3 hours, $650: a cocktail hour plus dinner, a birthday, a school or community event, or a short company party.
  • 4 hours, $750: most of a wedding reception, a sangeet or a long evening party. It is $100 more than 3 hours.
  • Extra hours, $100 each: $650 for 3 hours plus 1 extra hour is the same $750 as the 4 hour package, so if you think you will want the fourth hour, book 4.
  • Your window is the time guests can use the booth. Setup and teardown happen outside it, so you do not spend booth hours on them.
  • A late finish can add an after-hours charge, which the booking page shows in your total before you pay.

Photo booth questions in Frisco, answered

How much is photo booth delivery to Frisco?

Frisco is about 25 road miles from our Irving base, inside the 30 miles our flat fee covers, so booth-only delivery is about $50. The booking page shows the exact total for your venue address before you pay. The attendant plans the drive and arrives before your window opens, since setup happens outside your booked hours.

Can you set up on a golf resort terrace or lawn in Frisco?

Yes, under cover. We do not run the booth in open rain, direct sun or direct wind, so a terrace or lawn needs a tent or a covered section with a flat floor and an outlet within 25 feet. If the venue only offers uncovered grass, we usually recommend the ballroom corner or the covered patio and tell you before the day.
