Historical Park weddings, hotel ballrooms and company parties: unlimited prints, an attendant and an online gallery, delivered to Farmers Branch for about $50.
From $650 for 3 hours, delivery to Farmers Branch about $50
Photo booth dates open December 1.Farmers Branch is one of the shortest drives we make. It is about 5 road miles from our Irving base, which is a drive of roughly 10 minutes in light traffic, so booth-only delivery is the flat $50 with nothing added for mileage. The booking page shows the exact total for your venue address before you pay, and for a venue this close the number on this page and the number at checkout should match.
A short drive changes how a booking feels. The attendant is not crossing the metroplex, so the arrival time we agree with you is easy to hold, and if a venue asks a question the week before, we can answer it the same day. The booth travels in a passenger car, a 49 pound case and one attendant, so there is no trailer to park and nothing for a city-run facility or a hotel loading dock to plan around.
Farmers Branch calls itself the City in a Park, and it sits between Interstate 35E on the west, the Dallas North Tollway on the east and Interstate 635 on the south, with a DART Green Line station near the freeway interchange. For an event this means guests arrive from Dallas, Carrollton, Addison and Irving without a long drive, which is why a weeknight company party or a Saturday reception here tends to fill the room.
Booth-only delivery is $50 within 30 miles of Dallas, then $1.50 a mile after that.

These venues are named because they are real event places in Farmers Branch, not because we have an agreement with any of them. Check each venue's own vendor rules, and send us the coordinator's name so we can ask the load-in questions.
The first Farmers Branch event is the Historical Park wedding. The city markets the park as the place for a wedding, a reception or a family gathering, and Venue 1842 added a ballroom with suites and a kitchen on the same grounds. A wedding here has a ceremony in one building and a reception in another, so the guests walk between them, and a booth in the reception room gives them something to do while the couple takes photographs. A 4 hour window at $750 covers most receptions.
The second is the company event. The city's 2025 financial report lists Trinity Industries, TDIndustries, Feizy and the Internal Revenue Service among its largest employers. Holiday parties, team celebrations and client dinners fill the nearby hotels in December, and the corporate booth from $1,200 adds a branded print template and a gallery with your logo. Plan these early, since December dates are the first to go.
The third is the city calendar. Farmers Branch runs its own Christmas in the Branch, an Independence Day Celebration, a Veterans Day Celebration, an Arbor Day Celebration, a craft fair and Gateway to the Globe. A neighborhood association, a school group or a business that sponsors one of those events can book the booth for its own gathering the same weekend, and we are glad to talk through a private event tied to a city weekend. We do not run the city's events and are not affiliated with them.
Family parties round it out: birthdays, graduations, anniversaries and quinceañeras in a pavilion, a party room or a banquet space. Those events want the strip as a keepsake, and the online gallery means relatives who could not come see the pictures the same night.
City-owned venues and hotels both want the same things from a vendor: a name, a load-in time and sometimes a certificate of insurance. Send us the venue's event contact with your date and we ask for the load-in window, the entrance and the outlet location in one message, then confirm the arrival time with you.
The footprint is a corner for the booth, the backdrop and a short line, plus one standard 120V outlet within 25 feet. In the Historical Park the buildings are historic, so ask the venue which rooms allow tape on the floor for a cable run and where a backdrop stand may sit, and we will plan around the answer.
We do not run the booth in open rain, direct sun or direct wind. A gazebo, a patio or a pavilion works if it is covered and flat, and an evening window is easier than an afternoon in July or August. Setup and teardown happen outside the hours you booked, so a 4 hour booking is 4 hours of guests using the booth.
Book as soon as your date and venue are fixed. Photo booth dates open December 1, 2026 (12 / 01 / 2026), and the booth is booked through November 30. The booking flow sets no minimum notice. Booking fewer than 3 days before the event adds a 50% short-notice fee (100and inside 14 days the full total is due when you book.
Pick the window your guests will actually be in the room. Three hours ($650) fits a cocktail hour and dinner or a shorter party. Four hours ($750) fits most of a reception. An extra hour is $100, so 4 hours costs the same as 3 plus 1 extra hour. Setup and teardown happen outside your window.

Yes, with the venue's approval. Venue 1842 is an indoor ballroom, which is the simple case: a corner with an outlet within 25 feet. The park's gazebo and patio need a covered, flat spot because we do not run the booth in open rain, direct sun or direct wind. Send the park's event contact and we ask the load-in questions.
