What’s included in the package price?

Your package price includes the rickshaw rental, setup and teardown, and standard travel within 50 miles round trip of our office in Irving, TX (75063). Sales tax is added separately at checkout. The only additional costs would be for extra mileage beyond the included distance or approved custom décor requests.

Is travel included in the package price?

Yes — travel is included up to 50 miles round trip from our office in Irving, TX 75063. Any additional mileage is billed at $5 per mile and will be charged automatically after the event.

How do I officially confirm my booking?

Your booking is confirmed once the non-refundable deposit of $500 is received. Payment of the deposit indicates your agreement to our Event Terms & Conditions.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes — a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance will be charged after your event ends to account for any additional costs such as distance or extra time, if applicable.

What if my event runs longer than the package I booked?

If your event runs past the booked duration, additional time is billed at $225 per hour, prorated by the minute after a 10-minute grace period. For example, if your event goes 11 minutes over, those extra minutes will be billed accordingly. Additional time is automatically charged after the event.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

The rickshaw can operate in most weather conditions. If severe weather makes it unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.

Can I customize the rickshaw with decorations?

Yes! All décor is handled by our team to ensure everything looks beautiful and stays securely in place. We collaborate directly with your event decorator (if you have one) or with you to choose a design option that fits your theme. We also offer our own curated décor packages that you can select from. Custom design requests beyond our available packages are available for an additional cost.

Do you serve areas outside of Dallas?

Yes — we primarily serve Dallas/Fort Worth but can travel further for an additional mileage charge. Contact us for details if you’re outside the area.
